Lovette “Luvvie” Ajayi

Luvvie Ajayi is a writer, social media strategist and techie. She’s been blogging for 10 years, 6 of which have been at her award-winning pop culture humor blog, Awesomely Luvvie. She is the winner of the Women’s Media Center 2012 Social Media Award, given to her for using her voice and humor to talk about the lives of women and girls online.

An alum of the University of Illinois, Luvvie has a professional background in Marketing, Communications and New Media. As a social media strategist, her goal is to help individuals and organizations further their missions using digital tools effectively. Luvvie has presented at several conferences, including the Nonprofit Technology Conference, BlogHer, SAG/AFTRA, Chicago Social Media Summit, among others. Follow her on Twitter: @iLuvvit.

Karyn Brianne Watkins

Karyn Watkins is a spirited communications professional with seven years of managing and executing creative ideas for top-tier brands. Karyn is passionate about the use of digital media to influence positive health and social impact. Aside from her work with The Red Pump Project, she blogs at The Fabulous Giver and regularly consults nonprofits on ways to maximize their impact through engaging communication strategies.

Karyn has presented about the impact of social media on public health at various conferences, including the National HIV Prevention Conference and Social Media Week Chicago. Karyn is a proud alum of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
