<p>The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation&#8217;s Annual Legislative Conference continues We are powering the social media for the HIV/AIDS panels, and today&#8217;s is called: &#8220;<b>SisterSpeak: Reducing HIV/AIDS in the Black Community</b>.&#8221;  </p>
<p>This session consists of two panels: <i>Moving Black Women into HIV/AIDS Mobilization</i> and <i>Positive Families Breaking Silence and Fighting Stigma</i>. The first panel features a lineup of African-American community and health leaders, while the second half panelists will share first-hand what it’s like to live in a positive household.</p>

<p>The National Black Leadership Commission on AIDS (NBLCA), in collaboration with local leaders, is hosting a series of meetings nationwide to elicit broad based input and recommendations from<br />African Americans to ensure the implementation plan meets our communities’ unmet prevention, treatment and care needs.</p>
<p><i>Friday, September 17th 9:00a &#8211; 11:50a</i><br /><b>SisterSpeak: Reducing HIV/AIDS in the Black Community</b></p>

<p>“The Other City” is an independent documentary that takes a look at HIV/AIDS in Washington D.C. “The Other City” tells the stories of people who haven’t let lack of government assistance stop them, and have taken matters into their own hands.</p>
